The service was quick and the staff was friendly.I was highly satisfied with the outcome.The customer service team went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Quick answer and reply to my request and even had someone out to my address to check my car within 10 minutes. My car was still in good working order so didnt go through with it, but in the future, if I did have cars that needed to get rid of, I would surely contact these guys first.

Great experience! We had a bit of an ongoing process with the finance company with regards to releasing the vehicle so it took us a little while but Suraj was awesome to deal with! Very easy to deal with, prompt communication, prompt pick up and payment. Everything ran smoothly. Gave me a price and stuck to it. Other wreckers were rude, kept changing the price offered, took ages to get back to me, and said they would pick up and didn't.
If I could give 10 Stars I would, both for NCP and Arvind. So easy to deal with. Communications is very good.
Arvind is the best. So friendly and easy to talk to. We got the deal done right there and then, no fuss.
