Our highest payout was for a 2016 model with accidental damage. The damage was on the driver’s side, but the vehicle was in great shape overall with lower kilometres, so we paid $4,700 for that one. On the other end, a 2015 model was in poor condition and wasn’t really worth buying for parts, so we paid $800 for it. Then there was a 2013 model, just two years old at the time, in good condition, and we paid $2,570 for it.

These examples show that age is just a number; condition matters more. We can pay more or less than these figures depending on the vehicle.
