I bought the Mazda MPV for $20,000 with only 65,321 kilometres on the 2016 model, in good condition. I did some DIY to convert it into a courier van. I removed the rear seats to maximise space, added rubber cargo mats to protect the floor, installed simple shelving for package sorting, and fitted a phone/GPS mount for navigation. I spent around $200 and converted this seven-seater van into a decent courier van.
